✅️Stir-fry No MEAT VEGETABLE Recipe

Ingredients:
425g young corn cuts
1 & ½ cups bean sprout/ togue
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
seasoning powder
snow peas
1 carrot
bell pepper
cooking oil
garlic & onion
1 cup water, 1 tbsp cornstarch (slurry)

👇(Combine and rest for 5 minutes)
4 blocks tofu, cut into cubes
salt , pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup cornstarch

Methods:
Heat oil in a pan.
Fry the seasoned tofu until brown.
Remove from pan and set aside.

Saute garlic and onion until fragrant.
Add the young corn cuts, saute for 1 minute.
Next is the carrot, saute for 1 minute.
Add pepper, saute for few seconds.
Add the snow peas, saute for a few seconds.
Add the bean sprouts, saute for a minute.
Then add the bell pepper & fried tofu. Stir.
Add seasoning powder & slurry stir continuously. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce.
Stir-fry for 2 minutes on low heat.
