Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated Pillsbury Classic Crust Pizza Crust
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Mini pepperonis
Instructions:
1. Heat oven to 375°F. Lightly spray cookie sheets with nonstick spray.
2. Unroll pizza crust on work surface sprinkled lightly with flour. Straighten edges, and roll evenly into 14×8-inch rectangle.
3. With 2 1/2-inch tree-shaped cookie cutter, cut dough into trees. Place on cookie sheets. Poke each tree a few times with a fork.
4. Bake for 4 minutes.
5. Remove trees from oven.
6. Spread 1-2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on each tree. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over each pizza tree. Top with mini pepperonis.
7. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are lightly golden.
