✅ Sweetened Banana and Tapioca

Ingredients:
* ½ cup tapioca pearls / sago
* 18 pcs ripe banana ‘saba
* 1 cup brown sugar (taste accordingly)
* water

Methods:
Boil water and add the tapioca. Cook until soft and transparent. Wash with running water and drain well.
Slice the banana as desired. Set aside.

In the heated pan put the sugar, cook until it caramelizes. Add 750ml of water and boil over medium heat. Stir until the sugar has completely dissolved. Add the tapioca pearls. Stir, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the sliced ​​banana.
Cover and boil for 10 minutes until the banana is cooked and thickened. Serve and Enjoy!
