Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a 10×15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, beat eggs on high speed for 5 minutes until thick and lemon-colored.
3. Gradually beat in granulated sugar, water, and vanilla extract.
4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gently fold into the egg mixture.
5. Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cake springs back when lightly touched.
6. Immediately turn the cake onto a kitchen towel dusted with powdered sugar. Gently peel off the parchment paper.
7. Roll up the cake in the towel starting with a short side. Cool completely on a wire rack.
8. Unroll the cake and spread whipped cream over the surface. Roll up the cake without the towel.
9. Dust with powdered sugar, decorate with sprinkles, and refrigerate until serving.
