I love herb garlic butter in steaks or in toast!
Only 3 ingredients needed!
1 cup salted buttercream or 2 sticks
5 cloves finely minced garlic
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Steps:
Using a hand mixer, beat the butter until fluffy. Add the garlic and parsley, stir to combine well.
Transfer the garlic herb butter into a sheet of plastic wrap, roll up to form like a log. Twist both ends tight and keep it in the refrigerator. You can use it right away or make it solid in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
