Mami is a popular Filipino noodle soup made with noodles, broth and the addition of meat (chicken, beef, pork), wonton dumplings or seafoods..
Mami Ingredients:
Egg noodles (400g)
Chicken breast (200g, sliced)
Beef brisket (200g, sliced)
Shrimp (200g, peeled and deveined)
Garlic (6 cloves, minced)
Onion (1, chopped)
Fish sauce (2 tbsp)
Soy sauce (2 tbsp)
Chicken broth (6 cups)
Hard-boiled eggs (2, sliced)
Green onions (chopped, for garnish)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
In a pot, sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
Add chicken breast and beef brisket, cook until browned.
Pour in chicken broth, add fish sauce and soy sauce, and simmer.
Add shrimp and noodles, cook until done.
Serve in bowls, topped with green onions and hard-boiled eggs.
