Ingredients:
* 1 lb minced meat
* 1/4 cup chopped carrots
* 1/4 cup chopped broccoli
* 1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
* 1 tbsp soy sauce
* 1 tbsp oyster sauce
* 1 tbsp cooking wine
* 1 tbsp cooking oil
* 1 tbsp cornstarch
* 1/2 tsp black pepper
Steps:
1. In a bowl, combine the filling ingredients. Mix well.
2. Place a small amount of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
3. Dab water around the edges of the wrapper, fold it over the filling, and press to seal.
4. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Place the dumplings in a steamer basket and steam for 12 minutes.
5. Remove the dumplings from the steamer and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
