Yogurt and Jelly Frozen Cake Recipe 🍰

Ingredients:
1 pack (80g) jelly (any flavor)
250 ml of boiling water
500 g flavored yoghurt (match the flavor to your jelly)
1 pack of Tennis biscuits
Fresh fruit (optional, for garnish)

Metode:
Dissolve the jelly in the boiling water and let it cool slightly.
Mix the chilled jelly with the yoghurt until smooth.
Pack a layer of tennis biscuits in a pie bowl.
Pour a layer of yoghurt and jelly mixture over the biscuits.
Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used, ending with a yoghurt jelly layer.
Put the pie in the fridge for at least 4-6 hours (or overnight) until it is well-stewed.
Decorate with fresh fruit, crumbled tennis biscuits, or a little cream if preferred.
