Festive holiday sugar wafer cookies dipped in chocolate and decorated with Christmas sprinkles.
Ingredients:
30 sugar wafer cookies
12 oz melting chocolate wafers
sprinkles
Reindeer Cookies
12 oz milk or dark chocolate
pretzels
candy eyes
red M&M candies
Grinch Cookies
12 oz green candy melts
green sanding sugar
red heart sprinkles
Peppermint Bark Cookies
12 oz milk or dark chocolate
1 cup peppermint pieces
Instructions:
Melt the chocolate according to the package directions. Stir every 30 seconds until smooth.
Dip the wafer cookies ¾ of the way into the melted chocolate.
Decorate with sprinkles (or other toppings) then place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Once the chocolate is firm, store the cookies in an airtight container until ready to serve.
