- 3 large eggs , room temperature
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Zest of 1 lemon

- 2 cups fresh strawberries , hulled and sliced

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) . Line the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper and lightly grease the sides.
Step 2: Make the Crust
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs resemble wet sand.
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared springform pan. Bake for 8–10 minutes , then let it cool while you prepare the filling.
