Ingredients:
For the Crust:

- 60g (4 tbsp) melted butter
- 100 ml (⅓ cup) whipping cream

Directions:
- Prepare the Crust:

- In a bowl, mix together 100g butter, 50g powdered sugar, 8g vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt.

- Add 3 tablespoons of oil, 50g cornstarch, and one egg.
- Gradually mix in 250g flour and a pinch of baking powder until the dough comes together. Do not knead the dough; use your fingertips to collect it.
- Press the dough into a 28 cm tart mold, then place it in the freezer while preparing the filling.

- Make the Apple Filling:

- Peel, core, and slice 4 apples.
- In a pan, melt 1 tablespoon butter and sauté the apples with 2 tablespoons sugar, 8g vanilla sugar, and a pinch of cinnamon until slightly softened.
- Set the apples aside to cool.

- In a bowl, whisk 2 eggs, 60g sugar, 8g vanilla sugar, and 60g melted butter.
- Add 100 ml whipping cream and whisk until smooth.

- Remove the tart crust from the freezer and arrange the apple slices evenly on top.
- Pour the custard mixture over the apples.
- Sprinkle almond flakes generously on top.
