Ingredients:

2 cups shredded cabbage 🥬

Instructions:
Soak the Noodles:
Soak the rice noodles according to the package directions. 🛁

Prepare Ingredients:
Slice the beef into bite-sized pieces and dice the vegetables. 🔪
