Quick Headache & Migraine Relief Method
Ingredients & Items Needed:
- A basin or bowl with warm/hot water
- A bag of frozen peas or an ice pack
- A comfortable chair
- A towel
Steps:
- Prepare the Warm Water:
- Fill a basin with warm or hot water (comfortable for your hands and feet).
- Prepare the Cold Compress:
- Wrap a bag of frozen peas or an ice pack in a thin towel and place it at the base of your skull.
- Application:
- Sit comfortably and soak your feet and hands in the warm water.

- Relax in this position for 10–15 minutes.
- Breathing & Relaxation:
- Take slow, deep breaths to help your body relax.
How It Works:
