Additional tip. I melt half of each kind & stir in half the jar of pb at a time. If i melt it all at once, it will cool on me because i dont use enough molds to get the chocolate in fast enough.
Just got done making peanutbutter meltaways. Melt 1.5 pounds milk chocolate with 1.5 pounds of white chocolate, then stir in one 16 ounce jar of peanutbutter. I put the melted chocolate in a squeeze bottle & squeeze into candy molds. Put them into the freezer 5-10 mins or until set. Pop them out into a tin. Store in refrigerator until you’re ready to gift. I give these to the NICU for 3 holidays a year. They LOVE these so much that they were mentioned at their 50 year celebration a few months ago. My kids’ teachers love them too.
