Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper, to taste
8 oz pasta (your choice)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through (about 6-8 minutes). Season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Remove chicken from the pan.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce thickens (about 3-4 minutes).
Add the cooked pasta and chicken to the skillet, tossing everything together to coat in the creamy sauce.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve!
